Qualifications for Membership

For admission to the confederation, an applicant for membership must be a valid and existing association, group, company or federation or an individual of legal age and possess all the qualifications set by the Board of Trustees.

Registration Certificate from Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC)
Articles of Incorporation & By-Laws
Mayor’s Permit
List of Current Board of Directors and Officers
List of Current Membership
Letter of Intent in joining UPC
Payment of an Annual Membership fee upon approval of application
